Paul Mercer

Paul Symington Mercer is a British author and freelance journalist who graduated from the University of Nottingham in 1982 with a degree in Production Engineering. He has written at least seven books, including several specialist works on military aviation, and has published articles in major newspapers such as the Observer, Sunday Times, and Sunday Telegraph[1]. He also served as a Conservative Borough Councillor in Charnwood, Leicestershire between 1987 and 1991[1].
