Paul Bergman

Paul Bergman is a Professor of Law Emeritus at UCLA School of Law, where he joined the faculty in 1970 and pioneered the Clinical Program alongside Professor David Binder. He has taught courses including Evidence, Trial Advocacy, Film and the Law, and Street Law, and is a recipient of the University Distinguished Teaching Award and other honors for excellence in teaching. Bergman is a prolific author of legal self-help books such as Criminal Law Handbook: Know Your Rights, Survive the System and Represent Yourself in Court, as well as Reel Justice: The Courtroom Goes to the Movies.
