Paul B. Janeczko ,

Paul B. Janeczko (1945–2019) was an American poet, anthologist, and teacher known for his widely used poetry collections and books for young readers. He taught high school English for 22 years before leaving the classroom in 1990 to focus on writing, school visits, and poetry workshops. Over his career, he published more than 50 books spanning poetry anthologies, nonfiction, fiction, and guides for teachers.
