Paul Adam

Paul Adam (1862–1920) was a French novelist and early proponent of Symbolism in France, known for his naturalist and historical novels that explored anarchist and sociological themes. Born in Paris to an industrialist family, he became a prominent figure in Montmartre's literary circles and co-founded the Symbolist review Le Symboliste.
