Patti Breitman

Patti Breitman is a former literary agent widely regarded as the most influential in the self-help genre during the late 20th century, known for representing authors like John Gray and Richard Carlson before retiring in 2003. After her editing work on the 1984 book Fit for Life introduced her to plant-based eating, she became a prominent advocate for veganism and co-founded Dharma Voices for Animals. She currently serves as the Director of the Marin Vegetarian Education Group and resides in Fairfax, California.
