Patrick Manning

Patrick Manning is a distinguished American historian and emeritus Professor of World History at the University of Pittsburgh, known for his extensive work on African history, the African diaspora, and global historiography. He served as the president of the American Historical Association in 2016 and is a founding director of the World History Center.
