Patricia C. Kienle, M.P.A., BCSCP, FASHP, is Director of Accreditation and Medication Safety for Cardinal Health in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where she leads efforts to ensure client compliance and medication safety.[1][2][6] She is a registered pharmacist (RPh) with extensive involvement in pharmacy organizations, including election to the American Institute of the History of Pharmacy (AIHP) Board of Directors and recognition as a Fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FASHP).[3][5]
