Paramananda
Swami Paramananda (1884–1940), born Suresh Chandra Guha Thakurta, was an early Indian Vedanta teacher who helped spread Vedanta in the United States. He founded Vedanta work in Boston, later established the Los Angeles Vedanta Centre, and was also known as a mystic, poet, translator, and author of spiritual works.[1][2][3][4]
