Panikos Panayi

Panikos Panayi (born 18 October 1962) is a British cultural historian specializing in the social history of food, immigration, inter-ethnic relations, the First World War, German history, London history, and the Cypriot people. Born in London to Greek Cypriot immigrants, he has been Professor of European History at De Montfort University in Leicester since 1999, having joined the institution in 1990.
