P. J. E. Peebles

P. J. E. Peebles is a Canadian-American physicist and cosmologist known for his foundational contributions to the Big Bang model, dark matter, and cosmic microwave background research. He is the author of influential books such as 'Principles of Physical Cosmology' and was awarded the 2019 Nobel Prize in Physics. He is emeritus professor at Princeton University.
