Owain Bell

Owain Bell is a British artist and illustrator best known for his work on Thomas the Tank Engine merchandise from 1981 to 1996, including books, wall art, coloring books, Ertl promo arts, puzzles, and VHS covers. In the late 1980s, he freelanced in the UK for Manuscript in Cornwall. He now resides in Yanchep, Western Australia, specializing in award-winning digital imagery since 2010.
