Otto Eisenschiml

Otto Eisenschiml (1880-1963) was an Austrian-born chemist and industrial executive in the American oil industry who became a controversial author. He is best known for his 1937 book 'Why Was Lincoln Murdered?' in which he proposed that Secretary of War Edwin Stanton orchestrated the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln.
