Oswald Stevens Nock

Oswald Stevens Nock was a British railway signal engineer and senior manager at the Westinghouse company, best known for his prolific writing on railway subjects. He authored more than 140 books and many magazine articles, covering both popular railway history and technical locomotive performance.[1][2][3]
