Oscar Mann

Oscar Mann, born Francis Oscar Mann, was a French-born Jewish author of poetry and short stories. His parents were Jewish refugees from Poland who settled in Paris, where he spent his early years before later living in the United States. At age 71, he published a memoir reflecting on his hopeful and courageous life.
