Orlando Wilson

Orlando Winfield Wilson (May 15, 1900 – October 18, 1972), also known as O. W. Wilson, was an American police officer who became a leading figure in policing and authored several influential books on police administration[1][2]. He served as Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department and as chief of police in Fullerton, California and Wichita, Kansas[1].
