Ooi Kee Beng

Ooi Kee Beng is a political historian, writer, and executive director of Penang Institute. He has also served as deputy director of ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute, founded the Penang Institute's "Penang Monthly," and writes a column for The Edge Malaysia.
