Office of Government Commerce

The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) was a UK government office within HM Treasury, created to improve value for money and raise standards in public procurement and commercial activity. It was established in 2000, moved into the Cabinet Office’s Efficiency and Reform Group in 2010, and was closed in 2011.
