Touko Valio Laaksonen (1920–1991), known by his pseudonym Tom of Finland, was a Finnish artist renowned for his stylized erotic art featuring hypermasculine male characters such as bikers, lumberjacks, and sailors[1][2]. He worked primarily in pencil and founded the Tom of Finland Foundation in 1984 to preserve his catalogue and support erotic art[1].
