Norton

Mary Norton was a British children's writer best known for The Borrowers series (1952-1982), featuring tiny people who secretly live among humans. She won the 1952 Carnegie Medal for The Borrowers and also wrote The Magic Bed Knob, which was adapted into the 1971 Disney film Bedknobs and Broomsticks.
