Norris S. 1862-1924 Barratt

Norris Stanley Barratt (1862-1924) was an American author, judge, and historian known for his works on colonial American history, including 'Colonial Wars in America' published in 1913. He served as president judge of the Court of Common Pleas No. 2 in Philadelphia's First Judicial District. Additionally, he wrote memorials such as 'A Memorial of John Samuel, Esq.' in 1913.
