Norman A. Polansky
Norman A. Polansky was a pioneering social work researcher, serving as Regent's Professor Emeritus at the University of Georgia School of Social Work and professor of social work at the University of Pennsylvania.[2][3] He authored numerous books and over 100 articles on social work research, practice, social isolation, child neglect, and mental health, with notable works including Ego Psychology and Communication, Roots of Futility, and Damaged Parents: An Anatomy of Child Neglect.[2][3][4]
