Norberto Bobbio

Norberto Bobbio was an Italian philosopher of law, political scientist, and historian of political thought, known for his influential work on democracy, liberalism, and human rights. He taught at several Italian universities, wrote widely on politics and legal theory, and was appointed a life senator in Italy in 1984.
