Nina Crews
Nina Crews (born May 19, 1963) is an award-winning children's book author and illustrator, daughter of authors Donald Crews and Ann Jonas, known for using photographs and photo collages to create vibrant stories centered on young children.[1][2][3] She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art from Yale University and lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and son.[1][2] Her notable works include One Hot Summer Day, The Neighborhood Mother Goose, A Girl Like Me, and Seeing Into Tomorrow: Haiku by Richard Wright.[2][3][6]
