Nikos Kazantzakis

Nikos Kazantzakis was a Greek writer, journalist, politician, poet, and philosopher widely considered a giant of modern Greek literature and the most translated Greek author worldwide[2][7]. He was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature nine times and is best known for his philosophical novels such as Zorba the Greek, The Last Temptation of Christ, and Christ Recrucified[2][3].
