Nick Offerman
Nick Offerman is an American actor, comedian, writer, and carpenter best known for portraying Ron Swanson on the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation (2009–2015), earning him critical acclaim including a Television Critics Association Award.[1][2] Born in Joliet, Illinois, he graduated with a B.F.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, worked as a master carpenter in Chicago theater, and later moved to Los Angeles, publishing bestselling books like Paddle Your Own Canoe.[3][4] His versatile career includes dramatic roles in Fargo and The Last of Us, for which he won a Primetime Emmy in 2023.[4]
