Nick Bruel

Nicholas Tung Ming Bruel is an American author and illustrator of children's books, best known for his New York Times bestselling Bad Kitty series, which began with the alphabet-themed picture book Bad Kitty in 2005.[1][4] He published his first children's book, Boing!, in 2004 and resides in Tarrytown, New York, with his wife Carina and their daughter Isabel.[1][3] Half Chinese, Bruel is a freelance illustrator and cartoonist who started his career as a cartoonist.[3][8]
