Nicholas Ostler
Nicholas Ostler is a British scholar, linguist, and author born in 1952 in Tunbridge Wells, England. He is known for his work on language history and endangered languages, and he has served as chair of the Foundation for Endangered Languages. He is the author of books including "Empires of the Word: A Language History of the World."
