Newman 1843-1925 Smyth

Newman Smyth (1843–1925) was an American theologian, author, and pastor who served for over fifty years in the sacred ministry and was an influential Fellow of Yale University for more than twenty years[2][6]. He is recognized as one of the great men in the American church and authored works such as Old Faiths in New Light (1887)[1][2].
