Neil Weinstock Netanel

Neil Weinstock Netanel is the Pete Kameron Professor of Law at UCLA School of Law, where he teaches and writes on copyright, free speech, international intellectual property, media, telecommunications, and the future of democracy.[1][4] He earned his B.A. from Yale University in 1976, J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law in 1980, and J.S.D. from Stanford University in 1998.[1][4] His notable books include *Copyright's Paradox* (2008), *From Maimonides to Microsoft* (2016), and *Copyright: What Everyone Needs to Know* (2018), all published by Oxford University Press.[1]
