Nancy Cato

Nancy Fotheringham Cato (1917–2000) was an Australian author renowned for her historical novels, poetry, journalism, and activism in environmental conservation and Aboriginal land rights. Best known for her trilogy *All the Rivers Run*, she began her career as a journalist, studied English literature at the University of Adelaide, and co-founded the Lyre Bird Writers group.[1][2][3]
