N. J. Berrill

N. J. Berrill (Norman John 'Jack' Berrill) was a prominent English marine biologist and author known for his influential works on evolution, growth, and the nature of life, including 'Man's Emerging Mind' and 'You and the Universe'. He served as the Strathcona Professor of Zoology at McGill University from 1946 to 1965 and was a Fellow of the Royal Society.
