Myra Alperson is a New York-based writer and tour guide who co-founded Hungry Pedalers Gourmet Bicycle Tours in 1983, pioneering the combination of urban cycling and culinary experiences. Since then, she has been leading innovative food tours throughout New York City neighborhoods and has authored several books including 'Nosh New York: The Food Lover's Guide to New York City's Most Delicious Neighborhoods' and 'The International Adoption Handbook.'
