Morris Gleitzman
Morris Gleitzman is an Australian author of children's and young adult fiction, born in Sleaford, England, in 1953. He is best known for his acclaimed 'Once' series, including the novel 'Two Weeks with the Queen' which addresses AIDS, as well as the humorous 'Toad' series. Gleitzman moved to Australia in 1969 and has written over 40 books, earning numerous awards and serving as Children's Laureate for 2018–2019.
