Monique Stauder

Monique Stauder is a Swiss-American visual artist and former photojournalist whose career has spanned more than three decades, documenting political, cultural, and social events globally for publications like TIME, The New York Times, and Christian Science Monitor. With double master's degrees in History and International Relations, she transitioned from investigative reporting to becoming a documentary historian and poetic artist, publishing her first book, LATITUDE ZERO, which chronicles her journey around the equator. Her artistic work includes photography, sculpture, and mixed media assemblage.
