Monica Highland

Monica Highland is a pen name used by the American author Carolyn See (1934–2016), who was a professor emerita of English at UCLA and a book critic for The Washington Post. The name was shared with See's daughter Lisa See and her companion John Espey, and See wrote under it for works including novels and memoirs.
