Mitchell Ash

Mitchell G. Ash is a US-American historian and Professor Emeritus of Modern History at the University of Vienna in Austria, specializing in the history of the humanities and science history[2][4]. Born on September 26, 1948, in Mineola, New York (New York City), he has authored or edited eleven books and numerous articles on the cultural history of human-animal relationships and the interplay of science, politics, and society[2][4][7].
