Mirela Xheneti

Mirela Xheneti is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Small Business at the University of Sussex Business School. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, women’s entrepreneurship, and the social and institutional contexts that shape enterprise policy, especially in post-socialist and informal-economy settings.
