Mike Banahan

Michael Banahan is the Director of Farm Operations at Godolphin's Jonabell Farm, where he was named the 2019 Ted Bates Farm Manager of the Year by the Kentucky Thoroughbred Farm Managers' Club. He previously worked at Coolmore before joining Sheikh Mohammed’s Godolphin/Darley operation, a position he has held for around 30 years after initially planning a short stay. Banahan is a key figure in the thoroughbred racing and breeding industry, featured in interviews and podcasts discussing his career.
