Michele Bousquet

Michele Bousquet is the Chief People Officer at Strava, overseeing the People Team for over 350 staff across four offices and more than 10 countries. She holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Boston University with a focus on Security and was named one of the 30 World-Changing Women in Conscious Business by Conscious Company Media in 2018. Bousquet also serves in advisory or faculty roles, including at Tulane School of Professional Advancement, and is a recognized speaker on people-first company culture.
