Mícheál de Mórdha

Mícheál de Mórdha, born in 1950, is an Irish author and cultural figure from Dun Chaoin, County Kerry, known for his works on the Great Blasket Island, including the book 'Scéal agus Dán Oileáin' (translated as 'An Island Community'). Since 1993, he has served as the manager of the Great Blasket Centre, following a 17-year career, and has authored books on Irish history, folklore, and figures like John Millington Synge.
