Michael Alan Spencer, Baron Spencer of Alresford, is a British businessman and philanthropist best known as the founder of ICAP and NEX Group.[3][4] He has been a prominent figure in the City of London and served as treasurer of the Conservative Party from 2006 to 2010.[1][8]
