Michael Parkin
Michael Parkin is a British illustrator and children's book author based on the outskirts of London, known for his humorous and fantastical storytelling inspired by his childhood curiosity. After earning a first-class degree in Illustration from Kingston University in 2014, he worked as a freelance illustrator for clients including The New Yorker, Penguin Random House, and The Washington Post. His debut picture book, Wrong Time Rooster, published by Flying Eye Books in February 2025, received critical acclaim and has been translated into six languages.
