Michael Musgrave

Michael Musgrave (born 1942) is a British music scholar, pianist, and organist specializing in 19th and early 20th-century German music and English concert life. He is the author and editor of six books on Johannes Brahms and a biography of Robert Schumann, and has served as an emeritus professor of music at the University of London before joining the graduate faculty of The Juilliard School in New York City in 2004[1][2][4].
