Michael Kelly

Michael Thomas Kelly (March 17, 1957 – April 3, 2003) was an American journalist and editor who worked for The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The New Yorker, and was known for his reporting on the Gulf War and political commentary[3][7]. He died on April 3, 2003, while covering the invasion of Iraq, becoming the first American journalist killed during the conflict[4][7].
