Michael J Richey

Michael William Dugdale Mills Richey MBE was an English sailor, navigator, author, and editor best known for his work on navigation and for his long service to the Royal Institute of Navigation. He was also the founding editor of the Journal of Navigation and remained a major figure in the field throughout his career.
