Michael J. Maher is a U.S. national security and intelligence professional who serves as the CIA’s representative to the U.S. Naval War College and the George H. W. Bush Chair of National Intelligence. According to the Naval War College, he has more than 26 years of U.S. government service and has held senior roles including editor of the President’s Daily Brief and chief of the Open Source Element at U.S. European Command.
