Michael Hammer

Michael Hammer was an American engineer and business management consultant, best known for his work on business process re-engineering (BPR). His influential 1993 book, 'Re-engineering the Corporation,' co-authored with James Champy, advocated for radical redesign of business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in cost, quality, service, and speed.
