Michael Decter

Michael B. Decter is a Canadian economist, business executive, and author who has worked in government, consulting, and finance. He has held senior public-sector roles in Manitoba and Ontario, served as CEO/CIO of LDIC Inc., and has written both non-fiction books on health care and finance as well as a debut novel.[1][2][3]
