Michael Clarke
Michael Clarke is a British academic specializing in defence studies who served as Director-General of the Royal United Services Institute from 2007 to 2015[2]. He is a visiting professor at King's College London and the University of Exeter, and has been a Defence and Security Analyst for Sky News since 2022[4]. Clarke has authored numerous books on defence, security, and British strategy, including works on Brexit, Ukraine, and British commanders[2][4].
