Michael Chabon
Michael Chabon is an American novelist, essayist, and screenwriter born on May 24, 1963, in Washington, D.C., best known for his Pulitzer Prize-winning novel The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay (2000). His debut novel, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh (1988), written as his master's thesis at UC Irvine, became a New York Times bestseller, followed by works like Wonder Boys (1995) and The Yiddish Policemen's Union (2007), which won multiple awards including the Hugo and Nebula. He has also worked in television, serving as showrunner for Star Trek: Picard, and lives in Berkeley, California, with his wife Ayelet Waldman.[2][4][5]
